This is why, in accordance with national health institutions, we apply a protocol for sanitising our environments.
High attention to the sanitization of the rooms
Rooms are sanitised and disinfected on each arrival and departure.
In addition, when checking out, the room will be sealed until arrival of the the next guest.
Safety equipment for staff and customers
All staff at the Lancaster Hotel are provided with personal protection equipment and guests will find hygienic gel dispensers in all public areas of the hotel.
Cleaning of air conditioning systems
We have increased the frequency of cleaning the air conditioning filters, using appropriate disinfectant products.
New ways of serving food and drink
Our breakfast will be served à la carte, replacing our traditional buffet. The service will also be adapted to meet current health standards.
